As you guys know, I don't have many miles on mine as it isn't a daily. That said, it feels like a huge treat everytime I sit in it and turn the key. To hear the sound of the O/R-H and Stingers come to life is pure nirvana.

And when driving it, I feel like the whole world is staring at me (maybe they are! ).

hi tacobill,

thats sort of where my Stang is headed to.

i have it in my indoor garage here in NYC-Manhattan....i only take it out at most 1 to 2 time a week. This winter..probably less!

The car feels so SUBSTANTIAL. It really strike a nerve!!

I picked up my Mustang exactly 1 year ago today. I've driven it 6 days a week for the last year and I still love driving it and still enjoy just looking at it because it's just a great looking car. It feels more "broken in " now, in that it seems to shift more smoothly and it just feels more comfortable. The S197 is the best combination of style, horsepower, handling and comfort for the price that I have found so far.

I got mine in May of 2005 as a birthday present to meself, and I still absolutely love it to death! The only time I don't drive it is when the weather's bad or I have to carry stuff or bodies, then I drive the Jeep.

If that makes me a retard, well, then toss me a bicycle helmet.....

I can't put into words how crazy I am about "Misty". I only drive her on the weekends, rain or shine; but in snow, a no-go. I've only run up 1416 miles since 11/27/06. Ford made my dream come true when they created this ride. I love everything about this car even with it's imperfections but who and what thing is perfect? Not even imports. Every time I drive it, I say to myself; "Can it get any better than this?" Then I go to TMS and I get my answer from all of you "mod-heads". I look forward to every Friday to get her out of storage and on late Sunday afternoon after she's all clean and ready to be put up, I swear I feel a little sad. What a car. LOVE IT!!

Insufficient words to say what a blessing they are to me. The '05 Roush still feels like the day i got her and the GT500, well, just opening the door and looking in on her is enough enjoyment.

As for driving with the world staring at you, it takes wee hours in the night to roll the GT500 in peace, gosh these cars are such eye magnets.

Your not retarded, because if you were I would have to admit to being retarded as well. This car envokes emotion from people I just happen to be one of them. Yao glad to hear your enjoying your stang so much, they are fantastic cars. Hope you keep enjoying it for many more miles
