Right on!!
I've heard all about the same problems, issues, or whatever and rarely ever hear much about the great things.

I got mine on July 2005 and its 1 year, 6 months, and 20 days old.
I enjoy driving it every time I get behind the wheel.
Its been on a long road trip, various car shows (2 awards), numerous cruise-ins, and even a parade.
I can't say enough of how great a car it is.

There should be an official "Good Things" or "Great Stuff" thread where we can post anything good that happened to our Stangs. Nobody wants to hear about any problems, issues, or what not, just tell us the good stuff. Nothing else. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

Lets keep this thread going as a start.

I have never been much into Fords and even less into new cars.

Ford hit the mark on the s197 it is truly a unique exciting FUN machine.

The love of Mustangs is a disease with no cure...I've had my 05 Sonic Blue for almost 2 years and I've never had a car I enjoyed more. She's just fun to drive & gets lots of attention wherever she goes. Definately hooked for life

Corvette

Of course, there have been more Mustangs sold than Corvettes!

The S197 GT is a fun car and nice daily driver in stock form. I definitely enjoy looking at the car as I approach and leave it. I try to not look to obvious while staring!!

i just went from 10% to 12% of my day looking around and planning mustang mods!!!!

its probably because this weekend is 20" wheels/eibachs/tokico d-spec....

when work or my chick stresses me out, i focus on the Stang and life is good for that moment!
