Hi Robert. Forgot that you were on here too and responded in my ordered thread. Just 16 days to go!

Like you said, your car is very similiar to the one I originally ordered (only difference was I ordered charcoal applique, interior lighting and 17" bullitts)

Did you go with or without a spoiler?

Put Blue LeMans stripes on and really rub it in

8/17? That sounds good, that eariler then I thought!

I guess it will be about nine weeks. But it took a few days to put the order in since the Dealership I went to has one guy that puts in the orders to the Factory. Kind of long, but not too bad......

I also made a couple of changes to my order, by getting rid of the Fan Blade wheels (64E) since Ford started painting them grey/black. I also added the HID's since they sounded cool?

Anyways, I can hardly wait!

And I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of your new Mustangs too when they come in!

My production date has been pushed back 1 week to 20 Aug. No biggie as it would just sit in the Nevada Desert and bake until they start production at SAI in Sep.

I have the spoiler. I think it looks better with something on the decklid. If I get tired of the stock one, I will probably switch to the GT500 spoiler. I'm also not a stripes kind of guy. Maybe just blackout stripes on the hood. Don't worry, I won't rub it in too much.

Yeah, I got the spoiler too. My V6 I got without, but with the GT's it looks kind of naked?

I was kind of disapointed about having to delete the fan blades due to Ford making them grey instead of silver. But, my sales guy is looking at getting me silver ones, some how....

Or maybe I'll just keep the silver bullits?

What are you saying now about the fanblades? They're not the same ones as the 06/07??

Yeah, looks like Ford changed the paint in the wells of the fan blade wheels to grey from silver without changing the pics in the order guide or anywhere else. Here's a link...

Here's a link to the thread that talks about it.

Good luck on the fanblades. I was not a big fan of them from the beginning and I was glad when the added the bullitts.

If those are the new fan blades then I'm happy. I like em better than the old ones only because I'm thinking of getting a black pony.

Wow! So I'm not the only one that likes the new fanblades? I was beginning to think I was a freak or something.

Well, I think the painted fan blades look good on silver, or black, but not so good on red!

They would have to change that for this year!

I just called the ERL, and my car was produced on 8-10-07, and released on 8-13-07, and should ship in the next day or two!

Does anybody have an idea of whm it might get here to Texas once it ships?

Sweet! Mine is scheduled to be built this week (week of 8-13)... I'm trying really hard to not check on the status until tomorrow.. (I haven't checked since Monday!)

I think you can find out the specific rail-car it's on through the VOPC and then track it all the way to your dealer.. after it ships.
