Were did you find the Candy apple red sample? I've been looking and looking. So far only thing I've seen is off ford fleet and who knows how accurate that color is with computer render.

I think Ambient lighting is $295 retail, but I get the X-plan, so it's less then that for me.

so does that mean you're trading in your V6 and if so, was it because you were bored?

 

Yes, I'm trading in the V6 for couple of reasons: 1. I like the new Candy Apple Red along with the Black/Chamois interior that Ford is coming out with for 08. 2. I would like a little better perfroance then what I'm getting now. The V6 has been all right, but with the AC on, there has been times when I wish I had more power. 3. I also like the short throw shifter that comes with the GT better then the stick in the V6.

 

i like the #3 reason the best. in fact i was thinking of trying to put the stock GT shifter in my car cause i liked it so much. i never use my A/C, so i'm not aware of reason #2. did you have much negative equity on the V6? will you have to put a lot of extra $ down to get the GT? i might trade in my V6 if and when the GT gets a bigger engine in a few years.

 

No, I don't think I'm going to have to put too much money down since I've had my V6 pony for over two years now. I'll just have to agree to take on more debt with the GT since it's more expensive!
