I got "THE" Call

Well, she's in my 2007 Vista Blue GT! I can't tell you how ****ing excited I am! Honestly I don't care how corny this sounds when my salesman texted me to tell me the car was in I read the message I got a little choked up and I happened to be listening to Turn Up the Radio by Autograph and I honestly got all misty eyed.

This will be my second Stang, and I will tell you I missed driving a Mustang so much that I actually envied those of you who have them sitting in the garage all winter. My dealer is about an hour away from me so I will be picking her up tomorrow around noon, I am glad to be sharing my expirence with all you great guys on TMS. This site has allowed me to learn, and most important find a great dealer to buy from and get my X-pin number. Oh yeah my Dealer is Yocum Ford of Lansdale PA and I can you that they treat their customers extremely well, of course my salesman Jeff (05fordGT) is the man, dude you rock Also thanks to John (hiznherponies) for my X-pin numbers you really helped me out and it was nice to be able to get my pin from a fellow mustang lover.
Pics on Page 2!!

**Edited because I am too excited to spell correctly

Congrats, I can't wait to see the pictures. After 5k miles, I am still amazed at the power when you punch it. I only get about 17mpg with mostly Highway miles due to acceleration addiction. Will you get stripes?

Yeah sleeping is going to be a little harder then usual but waiting for the morning to tick by will be worse. Reverend yes I will be doing stripes again, and yes they will be vinyl (don't trust any one to sand my paint put new paint and expect it all the seal proprely). Thanks to John (adrenalin) for doing the work for me on the stripe width and spacing. The included pic is when he first put stripes on his 05 and he measured perfectly two 10 3/4' wide stripes with a 1' gap perfect spacing for the space inbetween the fog lights, I may make the gap slightly larger and the stripes a little smaller but I doubt it. Thanks everyone for the kind words

2 thumbs up, congrats . Trust me, we ALL feel like kids on Christmas morning the first day you bring the new stang into the stable. Now, if you're like most of us, Mod Fever will take over... but it's all good!

Finally! I am so tired of hearing about you and your new car purchase. You just go on and on about it (inside joke)

Congrats Tom!

You can't go wrong with Jeff as your salesman.

Make sure let me know about the stripes so I can load you up into the spreadsheet.

I am no stranger to mod fever, and the thing is nothing cures it
I already have my Midwest mirror covers, and my Ford Plenum cover sitting with me. After that some Silver Horse stuff, and then exhaust decisions must be made, the stripes then somewhere between broke and bankruptcy who knows what else

Thanks Hollywood (calling by user name is so funny) our cars were built the same week, heres to a 100K on the odo!
Thanks to all you guys too, I will be leaving to pick her up in about an hour (it's 9:30 here in good ol' NJ) and will get there an hour after that. The pics will be up as soon as I can pull my butt out of that seat.

Congrats Tom I know you will love the color

About the stripes I think you will like a 10" stripes with a 2" gap I think it will fit between your fogs just fine

Thanks, Vista Blue is the only color I wanted. I like plenty of the others (Grabber and Alloy for sure) but my first Stang did not hang around long enough for me to get my fill of the color, so the choice was really easy.

Sorry for the delay in pics guys, I had a abolute BLAST driving home. Heck I nearly wet my self just starting her up . Drove her home, all open highway, windows down blasting some Boston! This car is so Awesome!.
Now the bad part

The pics are delayed because last night right after I got done talking with Jeff I was backing out of the garage and forgot that the crew that was finishing our basement left their trailer in the driveway and I backed up into it ,as you can imagine I am pretty mad right now. I really feel like an *** as I just was way too excited and I made a mistake. It's not serious but the bumper will have to be relpaced. Don't rag on me too hard guys, I don't think I could take it.

I got off a few shots before hand so I will get those up when I get home.
