I'm looking to buy something new for my car, I just dont know what!! I don't know if I should go for looks or for performance. I'm torn between the Pypes O/R H-pipe, the CDC classic chin spoiler, pullies, and rear window louvers. Everytime I get ready to buy the chin spoiler or louvers I think "nah, I want to go faster." But everytime I get ready to submit my order for the h-pipe I think "nah, I want to look nicer." Help twist my arm one way or there other!

If I'm not mistaken don't you need a blower or something to really get a benefit out of the O/R H-pipe? I love my CDC Classic Chin spoiler and a body color one on your's would look great. Unless you decide to get a V6 rockers then go black.

I went with full performance before appearance, but that's just me. I feel the need, the need for speed.

I hear you on the need for speed. I'm so torn right now into going into a lot of debt for a blower or going just CAI and pulley for now.

Speed first looks later. So far ive got flowmasters, CDC shaker, c&l CAI, tokico dspecs, eibach prokit, eibach sway bars. As far as looks all ive done is tint the windows and put in a pioneer avic n2. Im want to get all the performance mods done before i put on a body kit.

O/R H! Your mods look fairly similar to mine.

I forgot about my predator 93 tune, I dont really consider it a mod more like a computer update. I ordered a tri-ax just waiting for it to arrive and the steeda shifter ****. Im think of getting a IUP but im not sure what I want. Theres brushed, carbon fiber, polished. Id like to replace the e-brake handle and get the roush pedal dress ups and dead peddle to rest my foot on. Also on my todo list is complete replace the rest of the exhaust and new throttle body and maybe install a spacer. Most of it depends on deals and sales i find on websites and ebay.

Update: Well I got the shopping bug and went ahead and ordered the steeda under drive pulleys, bbk 62mm throttle body and a jet flo spacer. I also ordered the steeda 3pc pedal and dead pedal.

The under drive pulleys were on sale for 199 instead of 249 on steeda site and the throttle body was on sale for 299 on mustangtuning.com instead of 349.

Pretty much the only performace mods on the list for the near future is frpp ceramic coated shorty headers and bassani catted xpipe.

Hey Chris,

I have similar mods to you and I just ordered some BMR LCA's to help reduce the wheel hop and hopefully put more power to the ground. You can't be getting anything but wheelspin and/or wheel hop in 1st. Sure would be nice to hook up! The LCAs' are cheap too. UDP's are probably my next venture.

I know I'm not Adam but I have these on mine BMR TCA019. I also bought the wield on relocation brackets but never used them. The installer said I didn't need it because the drop on the Steeda Springs wasn't that larger. So if anyone is interested let me know because right they are in a box under my bed. lol

Instead of the pullies, get a water pump. That releases some hp from the pump pully, plus you get the benefit of cooling your car.

I just got done wiring my pump. I will finish the mechanical install tonight.

I am amazed how much I loved my steeda springs and how much it changed my opinion of my car!!!

It sits lower, not banger lower, but lower. It is now balanced, no more forward tilt. You want my vote....

Steeda Ultra on sale for 200 bucks.

well worth it.

I wonder how reliable the pump is? My mustang is a daily driver I usually put at least 100 miles on it a week.

By your sig it looks like you're more performance oriented so far. I would finish up the performance mods, and then mod for looks.

That is a good point. Subliminally I must be happy with the way my car looks as is.
