i geuss this is old news
i've always found them to be accurate in the past.....that's not to say that they don't make errors in their listings...those options were listed on the v6 premium a short time ago.....edmunds gets their info from the auto makers.
i think it's simply amatter of these options not being purchased in sufficient numbers to warrant their availability on the v6 models.

My dealer told me that HID's are no longer available on the V6. They are now only an option on the GT Premium. I found a dealer in New York who had a early V6 convertible with HID's advertised on eBay. They're Buy It Now price was MSRP + $5000. Whan I contacted them about the car they said they had it priced that way because it was a rare combination of V6 with HID's that was no longer available from Ford. This was in January - the car had probably been sitting on the lot for at least 6 months and at that price will remain there.

There is nothing special about having HIDs!! You can easily just buy a V6 and retrofit a set of HIDs to the car. B..F..D..
Just when I think I can't be amazed any more by the greed of dealers, along comes something else to amaze me!!!
