That guy probably thought he was being creative, or cool, or thought others would be impressed with his work, but, like a misunderstood artist, it is lost on most of us. Maybe he is an artist, and we are just too small and narrow-minded to see what he is trying to say, but I think it's more likely that the guy is just the innocent product of inbreeding and lead paint chips.
