It looked better in the "before" picture, but this is America, and brave patriotic men and women defend our freedoms every day so we can make such choices.

It's just too bad that the choices that are granted to us don't come with the wisdom to use common sense. That guy probably thought he was being creative, or cool, or thought others would be impressed with his work, but, like a misunderstood artist, it is lost on most of us. Maybe he is an artist, and we are just too small and narrow-minded to see what he is trying to say, but I think it's more likely that the guy is just the innocent product of inbreeding and lead paint chips.
