Nice plate!!

Only 14 days left . . Unlike Santa, Mr. Ford doesn't care if one is naughty or nice . . or has a License Plate referencing a future 2005 Mustang GT purchase on a Lumina. . .all he cares (for the most part, since you already like the '05) is that you have the CASH!

I was busy laughing at the car (sorry..), then I saw the plate.

That is one case of bad timing!

That's gotta be funny. I'd think you were  too. BTW, expect to drive around with that plate for at least another 2-2.5 months IMO.

That is hilarious. In a couple months, no one will be laughing any more, though.

What does your Lumina GT do in the 1/4 mile? Don't feel too bad...I've got a Y2K5GT plate on my y2k1 v6. But how kewl will it look on the actual 05??? And why wait till it's too late (and unavailable). Had a licence plate frame made at the mall that states "Plate reserved for my next car"

My favorite bumper sticker is still the "don't laugh, it's paid for".

I used to have a bumper sticker that said "Don't be a weiner!" It was loads of fun to cut people off so they could stare at that.

16.59555......................min. LOL
It's actually a great car. It's my winter beater. It's a '93, 120k, runs like a top.
Yea, I had to get the plate I wanted early before it was gobbled up. Here in Michigan, you can go to the SOS website and see if your personalized plated is available. Back in May when I got mine, there was still quite a selection left. You also have to register it to a vehicle. So for now, the Lumina is MY05GT.

Vanity plates are hard to get with what you want so he did the right thing to get his choice. I got my Last name on my plate years ago and will never give it up just for that reason, because someone out their surely would like to have it on their car.

Maybe get one of those license plate frames that can be customized. "my other car will be a 2005 Mustang" or something like that.

I know the feeling. I have my plates sitting on my desk waiting for the car to show up. I ordered them early to make sure nobody else got them.
