I ordered a GT almost 2 months ago now, with no update yet from my dealer.

What do I need to try to track it myself through ERL?

get it from the DORA you got from your dealer

Also, for your dealer number: Take the letter out of it. If you say it to the ERL with the letter in, the ERL won't understand the number.

IE mine was sometihng like 13M460...i had to say 13460
