I paid MSRP minus the $500 military rebate for my GT.

 

GT vert the only one the dealer was going to get this model year. MSRP not a penny more or less.

From what I've read I was happy with that.

 

$100 over dealer invoice, less a $500 college grad rebate...on a loaded V6....she got built last week too!!!

 

Got X-plan back in November before all the price increases.... Just picked it up Friday. Total 24,301 out the door.

 

Ended up paying sticker on an order. In this area (northern VA), it's pretty much impossible to do any better. I could have gone elsewhere to get a better price, but then I'd be risking not getting the car, or having it be an '06. I went with one of the biggest volume dealerships in the area to make sure I would have it by summer.

 

Paid sticker + 3K for my automatic 05 GT Premium. Final price was $31,000.

I needed the car ASAP so I had to do what I had to do. No regrets.

What is X-Plan and A-Plan?

 

MSRP for Premium GT, 5-speed manual, alarm, IUP = $27,285

 

X-plan for me too - for a Mineral Grey GT Premium w/ auto trans. Did this on a car off the lot in November.

I think X and A plan are for Ford suppliers / families and workers, respectively. They give you various amounts off of the price of the car - I think X-plan hovers around invoice price, and A plan is more off of that.
