How many first time Mustang owners with an 05

I'm a bit confused by your poll. The thread title suggests you're wanting to know who's first Mustang is an '05 but the poll is asking who already has one vs. who's is still on order. Which is it?

I think he is asking that if this is your 1st Mustang, do you have it, or is it on order. It is a little confusing though.
For me, it will be my 1st Mustang and hopefully its being built the 1st week of May!!!!!!!1

This will be my first as well. had a new 01 SVT Lightining for a few years. Traded it in on a 04 Acura MDX, but the MDX is a little bit to refined for me, so i'm going for the Mustang.
FRITZ, "05 GT Coupe on order ... build date 5/2

My first car was an Olds Cutlass Supreme Coupe (loved it), then VW Fox, then 96 Camry V6 and now the Mustang. Feels similar to my Olds in terms of big engine and raw power. Hope to enjoy as long as I did my Camry and maybe longer.

This will be number 6 for me.
Had one V-8. 5.0. The rest were six bangers.
Have a 66 coupe sitting in the garage. She knows something is up.
I'm not sure how to explain it to her. I might go with the distant relative angle.

This will eventually, maybe, possibly, be my first Mustang, if it arrives. Can't wait.

I liked Mustangs but never thought of buying one. My girlfriend and I drove by a dealership that had one out front. I did a U-Turn, looked it over, fell in love, and ordered 3 days later.
Six months ago, if you said I would buy a Mustang (almost) on impulse I would have called you nuts.

This will be my first Mustang and first ever brand-new car....
From a 90 Geo Prizm ( ) , to a 93 Eclipse ( ), to a 95 Civic ( ), to the 05 Mustang ( ).
Next on my list (a bit later in life) is to find at least the shell of a BOSS and restore it to it's glory days. The BOSS is by far my favorite incarnation of the Mustang.

This is my first Mustang, and probably won't be the only one. I thought I was going to keep my Ranger for longer than 3 years, but when the clutch decided it didn't want to hold together for any longer than a year or so I decided that was it. I looked at the '04's and decided to wait for the '05, finally found one available for a good price and I love it.

Wow you keep your Civic a long time! My trade in was 2001 Civic EX. Those Hondas have good used value. It was a decent ride but a toy compared to the Mustang.

It's my first Mustang although I've always been a fan and drooled over them for years. As far as my car history goes I started in a 63 chevy c10 with a line 6 and 3 spd column shift. Then I started driving my mom's 92 Grand Am (piece of junk, but it had AC). After that I moved on to a 90 Miata, (don't laugh I got it dirt cheap). Traded the Miata in on a new 2000 Ford Ranger, which I sold 2 days before my Mustang arrived. Had several motorcycles during that time also. Currently my wheels include my Mustang, a 96 Buell S1, and still have the 63 waiting patiently for my to restore it.
