You should have it a day or two after your order is submitted.

Ford sends it to the dealer the very next day. I order 20-40 trucks a month and the first thing I do when I get to work every morning (8:00AM central time) is sign onto Ford's network to get my Daily Status Report and any DORA's for the orders I placed the day before. There's never been an instance when the DORA wasn't there the day after I ordered a truck.

Don't let a salesman tell you otherwise. If they don't have a DORA, they didn't order the car.

Have Dora, but dealer says it only comes with a partial VIN. Is that true? If so when do you get the full VIN?

Yes. That's true. You get the full VIN within a couple of days of the order being pulled in MOST cases.
BTW, a good salesman can tell you exactly what week your order will get pulled and a really good salesman can tell you what week it will get built before he even places the order. But don't expect that from most salesmen.
