Hello all..
First time poster here.. I ordered my Mustang V6 (Premium, Torch Red, IUP, Red Accent Leather Seats, Exterior Upgrade, anti-theft, wheel locks, dual airbags) on Feb. 3rd... and was verbally told by the salesman that my car was being built the week of the 21st (this past week).. if this is true.. because I don't have a DORA and the order guy has been on vacation.. (I can't belive that only one person would have access to this information in a large dealership) when is it reasonable that I would expect delivery of my new car?

Also.. another Ford salesman assures me that the MyColor lawsuit has 'quietly' been resolved.. any confirmation on this here on the board?

Thanks for any information you can put forth...
Cindy

1966 Mustang Sprint (V6).... my husband's project car for the last 10 years B)

hope to get my 2005 Stang soon

I forget which magazine i was reading, but they discussed the mycolor issue in it. As far as ic ould understand from the article, ford is basically saying they will build it anyway, and see how it turns out in the long run.

That is good to know on the My Color issue.... I am sure that a big company like Ford will take the chance that if they lose the lawsuit that they won't be losing customers in the meantime.

That's not good about the DORA, my sales guy faxed mine 3 days after I ordered it. If you ordered on 2/3 and it's already being built that's awesome. I hope it's true. Keep us informed I ordered my V6 on 2/19 and I'm really hoping to get it in 6 weeks. When you do get a DORA please let us know what your priority code is, mine is 40.
