It appears the small black bracket that hangs down to reflect the rear license plate light is broken on my car. I assume to replace this piece I would need to remove it like I'm changing the bulb.

There are two plastic Philips screws but I could only get one of them out. Anyone know how easy this piece is to change out? Thanks.

 

OK, I see the bulb replacement covered in the owners manual. Why didn't I look there first? Don't answer that. Anyway, has anybody looked at those flimsy plastic screws holding that bracket in? One of mine just turns and doesn't come out. Does the assembly just pop out?
