Exclamation Horn sound when turn off the ignition

Hello, everyone!
Got another thing going on.
My car equipped with passive anti-theft system.
When I turn off the ignition, sometimes the horn sounds very quiet. Sometimes - really really loud, like I'm locking the car.
Any suggestions why this is happening? And is it possible to turn off this thing?
Thank you!!

Check your SJB for water intrusion or corrosion.
