Hi-beams different color than low-beams?

I noticed last night my headlights were a different color (more white... kind-of bluish) when I had the hi-beams on. The low-beams where just the standard yellowish white.
There's so much of a difference it looks like too different bulbs.

I'm pretty sure they're just dual filiment bulbs.

I don't think its different bulbs. Maybe just one light directed at your eyes appears different than the one pointed away from your eyes.

That's good enough for me. I knew there weren't two bulbs. I was just saying that's how much of a difference there is.
Never thought of two elements.

As for where the light is directed at my eyes, I was comparing the color from inside the car. There is a definitely a difference in the color.
