Cool

Anyone remember savekaryn.com? She went up debt creek without a paddle and took donations to save her tail?

I am accepting Donations to the Eleanor fund-fitty cent minimum, I accept paypal. B)

You never know, it could work right? Its SEVEN days till job one, and well.........the E. Fund is GONE!! By throwing it away to resist temptation, I wound up shooting myself in the dang foot. Springtime is a LOOOONG time away from today.

So come on, spread the word, Help April Raise money for Eleanor..... See? Bananas!

LOL...I actually had the same thought.

Tell you what, you donate a dollar to me and I'll donate a dollar to you.

I have a jar on my desk at work that says "Mustang Fund" so that when people raid my desk draw for candy they can donate to this fund.

I'll go for that, but I need more because of higher shipping costs etc. I'll give you two a dollar each, you give me 1.40 each...

Sounds like a not to be missed deal to me!

I've been a member of SHOtimes mailing list even since I bought my '95 SHO (I'm still a member even though I no longer own an SHO because I like the people on the list....mostly ). At any rate, a couple of years ago we had a nineteen year old member that was very active on list helping people out, contributing to the content, etc but he didn't own an SHO because he couldn't afford one. Because of his contributions to the list and to the fact he seemed like a pretty cool guy, the list took up a collection to give him a downpayment on an SHO. I can't remember how much we collected but it was enough for a very nice downpayment.

I've paid for my 2005, but my 17 yr old son wants a 65 or 66 fastback - so, I put a jug on my desk at work that reads "My Sons Classic Stang Fund". So far - $18.37. Not bad - plus he has like $1300 saved up. I guess the $18.37 can go towards gas money if he keeps working and saving.

So - by next spring - we'll have a classic and a newbie beside each other in the garage.

OK April - make the site. I'll be one of the first to send a buck or two. Set it up for paypal, ............... I think I have like $3.46 left in the paypal account.

Good Luck!
