Didn't get a chance to talk with anyone about them, but according to RMac, these are the 18" late availability 64W polished bullitts. Ford had a red Stang with some exterior mods there for feedback...

Those are NOT (Exactly) the 64W Bullitt Wheels
From a contact at Ford Marketing:

This was a designers' concept vehicle. The designers are always tweaking their current design. I would take nothing out of the vehicle as future product. It was there to gauge reaction to the '06 Pony and did overhear comments on the Shaker Hood.

In regards to the 64W--those were the wheels with a different finish. Not approved through Ford.
