HELP! Steering Wheel/Console Illumination Stays Lit

Hey Mustang Source...first time threader, long time reader

So I was bit by the infamous water issue on the passenger side due to a clogged drain by the cabin air filter. It has caused some sort of fault that results in the button illumination for the steering wheel and console (Driver Control and Climate Control Pushbuttons) to stay illuminated. I have taken everything apart and everything has dried out, but I continue to have this problem over a year later. It ultimately drains the battery.

Any troubleshooting help would be great!

I'm pretty sure something has shorted in the SJB. Did you remove it completely to check for corrosion or burnt circuitry? My wiring diagrams show the circuits going directly from the SJB to the Climate control module and the same for the strg wheel lighting.
