I was a ROUSH Dealer back in the Day and Still Had a 2005 & 2007 Parts Catalog So I Scanned them For You!. The 2005 Only Showed 1 Section of Seat Covers {FACTORY LEATHER COUPE} & the 2007 Shows 4 Sections {See Sub headings}. Yours Being a 2005 I would Start with That for a Part Number.
It is Unlikely Roush is Still Offering These But it Sure would not Hurt to Call & See what the Lowdown is. Roush has a VIN Decoder which may show your vehicle options as a Roush and it would not hurt to check as well.
I post the 2007 Info so you won't be surprised if you find the correct color on Ebay or Such and They Don't Quite fit. Well here you are & Good Luck! Also for Others who may be Looking For The Roush Seat Covers!
Speaking of EBAY once you have a Part Number Do A Search { ROUSH SEAT COVER 123456} and see what pops up. If Nothing Do a SAVED Search and you will get an Email if One Is Listed.
You Might Post Some Pictures & Show Issues for Some Feedback on if Covers are Repairable.
You may want to check with a GOOD Upholstery Shop and See if your Seats are Repairable as Well.

I would Say Just the Covers. Roush Did Not Put Complete Seats in to My Knowledge. I know it seems Expensive but a Set of Factory Leather Covers {Actual Upholstery} not Some Slip On Stuff Would Be in That Price Range.
I would Contact Seller if you have any Doubt of what Exactly they are Selling. I see the 2005 Roush Catalog Calls Them Seat Covers and the 2007 Calls Them Seats. Yet Same Part Number. I say Covers Only.
Might take a Peak under your Seat Bottom and See If Factory Upholstery is Still Under Roush Covers. I doubt it Though! I seem to Remember them Selling Take off Seat Covers Back in the Day!
