Help!!!!

I have an 07 GT. Yesterday had to go through some standing water a couple inches deep. This morning the car will start, but not go into gear. If I try to start car with car in gear, the car moves. I can change gears while car is off. What is wrong and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help. Edit: I have good pedal pressure. Anybody have the pdf for the clutch?

Wish I could offer something, but transmissions were never my thing. Was it really "just a couple" of inches of water?
