I think I remember seeing a thread about a problem concerning setting dial to blow on the floor but instead coming out at defrost/windsheield.

Does anyone know if this has been a problem and if so has anyone had their's back to the dealer for a fix? Thanks.

I've got the problem too. Takes forever to get your feet warm.

Same here. I'm glad this will just be a summer driver for me. Sure hope the AC works better.

Did a search & checked the TSB Sticky & found nothing, but I have the problem also. I don't feel it at all on my legs & I don't want it coming in my face. I have the dial set right too. I'll mention it to dealer 1st chance I have. It was more bearable keeping it on defrost instead of heat.

There is a service messege from Ford that says Engineering is investigating an issue with the floor mode. The defroster vents are staying open in floor mode, causing less air to go through the floor vents. Ford is working on a fix and says not to attempt repairs at this time.

That's what my dealer also said when I was in for first service on Feb 11.
