I have read alot on here about a heater issue, when the heater is on it seems that a presentage of the air flow comes out the middle defrost.

I have another issue. Heater, air, defrost, ALL OFF but I still get heat coming in at the floor. I takes 20 to 30 minutes of driving before I start feeling the heat and this was not an issue I had right after I got the car, its a recent development. I dont believe it is heat from the engine or tranny coming through the floor board.

Is anyone else experancing this?

Thanks
Tony

Yep, mine seemed to do it when I was on my way back from NY. Temp turned all the way down and everything off, just felt like the heat was on and blowing down.

Yeah, it's a bugger. I believe mine has to do with the heat shield and lack of insulation between it and the carpet. When I felt "the heat comin on", I put my hand on the carpet towards the right of the drivers gas pedal and it was hotter then I really am bugged about this cause that means more a/c, which means more gas, which means more $$$, which means I'll just filler up and keep going pedal to the medal
