I could just barely read that sign in the background, but it looks like you would have to contact these guys. They seem to have made the mods to the car.

I believe "Galpinized" is referring to Galpin Ford in California. I'm sure it would take a few phone calls to find the right person, but here is a place to start: Galpin Ford Service Department: (800) 256-6219
