It looks like a Street Scene Gen 1 bumper. It's still listed on their website: http://www.streetsceneeq.com/product_list.asp?mi=2
Have you already checked with them? There's also another new member here that has a yellow bumper (SS Gen 1) that he wants to replace. I dunno about condition, but you might see if he wants to sell it.
