GT Vert Test Drive impressions, w/pics!
#22
Guys, I'll apologize in advance...I really don't like the Vert. I think you lose a lot of the old school flair. No rear windows (at least not the same), you lose the roof line. How do you guys feel about this??

That is my car except for the upgrade wheels. I can't wait. Thanks for the pics. This is the first silver vert pics I have seen with the top up. I Love this car. Hurry up Ford...build it already!!!!!!!!

I thought the same thing about the bumpy fabric in the roof but that's one of the reasons I'm waiting a year before buying mine. This is one of the very first convertibles built (probably the first one in Rhode Island) and I'm hoping that they'll make things better as more get built.
I don't wish anyone any bad luck, but we bought one of the very early 2004 Lexus RX330 SUVs last year; on top of that, it was the very first Lexus built outside Japan (ours was built in Canada), and it's had 3 recalls (!) and several TSBs. We had everything fixed last week but it made me think that I'd be better waiting a while. I just hope I don't cave in and buy it when the summer comes![Smile](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Bob, nice pictures, thanks for taking them. I like the look with the roof down, but the slighty baggy roof worries me a little

I actually drove it home with the top down to see how much wind flow there was in the car with the top down! I think my neighbors thought I was nuts; my wife, on the other hand, knows I'm nuts!
And please tell me if this makes any sense to anyone: I can't post the mustang pics, nor can I post any pics that I took at high res, even when I down-save them using MS photoeditor. But...I can post pics like the headlight here that were taken on the low res setting of my camera. Shouldn't I be able to post a high-res version of a pic once I save it as low res? Could it be problem with MS photoeditor? Anyone have any experience with this?
