If your worried about durability, get the ones made by 3dcarbon. They're urethane and just stick on.

I have the GT/CS scoops. They are bolted on as well as taped. I have removed one for a quarter panel repair and there was no issue taking it off and reinstalling it. No issues with rocks either in 12,000 miles.

The ony reason I recommended those is because there's no drilling involved. Once you drill, you'll have potential rust points and the possibility of misdrilling during the installation.

Do what makes you happy!

Anything Used by the Factory has to pass National Highway Safety Standards. So they should be good to go! These scoops use Double stick and pins. {Some} Choose not to use the pin and have had fine results. If I put some on my car I would likely not want to drill. But that's me.

Check Pdf for Supersnake on how they install.

They will withstand that if you snap them in and use the tape. easy install comes with a pattern to tape for drilling. After I drilled the holes I used a small brush and painted inside and out of the drilled holes.
