It is also absolute heck to track your order with them.
You have NO way to access that or your account through their site. You send an email - you might get a response the next day - you might get one FOUR days later...... (after emailing multiple times)
Or you can call them and get a phone number for DHL for a truck shipment for an item you ordered - and when you call that number, you hit the appropriate buttons....... it hangs up on you :scratch:
