Grounding radiator and heater core?

Did Ford ground the radiator and heater core on the Mustang GTs or do we still have to ground them ourselves?

There was an old Ford TSB on this and I have read many accounts of large metallic fluid containers being negatively grounded to reduce/eliminate electrolysis regardless of the voltage level in the coolant.
