...and he revs at me. Just to have to run I rev back with no intention of wasting my gas (not to mention my girlfriend hates it when I have fun with other cars while shes in the car). The light turn green and I take off like a normal driver, shifting at 2,500. Next thing I know he his riding my ****, then he moves over into the right hand lane, flies past me, and pulls the traffic weave off into the distance. All of a sudden, to my delight, my girlfriend says, "smoke his a**!" Thats what I like to hear. Unfortunately he turned down a side street at the next light.

thats awesome dude, i by no means claim this car is mine but my uncle has a vette and we were at a light once and a one of those wierd hatchback civics pulled up and did the rev thing. There was 3 guys in the car and she hangs out the window and said "oh my god that car is so impressive, its the biggest matchbox car i've ever seen... take it home before you and your boyfriends are embarressed!" needless to say he hit it at the turn of the light, i gave him a lead then hit it. Flew past him and that was that. After the woman said that i had to take her home and you know... it was nice... cant wait to have my own power car (the mustang)

 

Maybe you should let your girlfriend drive next time I'm just teasing. I like the way she thinks (no racing kids, but smoking someone up to the limit is okay in my book)

 

thats funny, i was thinking that when she said it, and if she said she wanted to smoke them i sure as heck would have let her... I think that would have been better then me doing it! she learned to drive stick so that she can drive the mustang...

Sounds like the Grand-Am that was at a red light once. I took off normal and was leaving him behind. Not by much, but I wasn't trying. Then he got close enough I could hear his engine spinning. Thought okay he wants to play, so I punch it (in 2nd at about 20 mph) and left him behind. The bad part is I let off at 60 since the speed limit was 55, and he still had to pass me. It took him a mile or more, but I really didn't care as the road we where on is patrolled quite heavily. :cop:

 

How about, "I have a covered spot for my Mitsubishi Gallant!" That's my favorite.
