Grabber Blue wasn't meant to be. That's ok.

As I said before, I'm done waiting. Well almost done waiting. 48 days until the 2008 order banks open.

Mark, I gotta tell ya. I think you should wait the 13 months. You're gonna kick yourself in the tailpipe, bruddah! I'm not the worlds smartest person, but I gotta gut feeling on this one.

Plus if you wait, you almost definitely probably might be able to get the BOSS in Grabber Blue.

A 5.4L stock GB Stang... sounds pretty sweet to me. Makes me wonder if I want to add to the stable at that time.

Dark green would be the only thing I would regret not getting. The grabber blue is obnoxious, and with the body-color rocker panels looks kinda rediculous. And the gold!? thank goodness they said no. With Ford falling in love with kiwi green this year, you never know what to expect. Dark stone would of made an awesome color though, particularly with the chamois ICAP.

If dark green is what you want then order an '08 Bullit.

Yeah, and we all might be dead in 13 months. I say if you want a Mustang, then buy a Mustang. There's always gonna be some new feature, or new model or whatever.......so basically you can spend an eternity 'Waiting' for something you were counting on that does not happen. Of course there's always the fence sitter variety that prefers to twidle their thumbs in anticipation, but I prefer to drive-drive-drive for 2+ years now.

Grabber Blue wasn't my only true love. I loved this Unique Performance 1966 Silver GT 350 SR from the 1st time I saw it.

I think I will be very happy with S197 version of this.

45 days until the order banks open

I saw a Grabber Orange GT with the 18" bullitts and the spoiler delete option at a local dealer today. Had a sold sign in the window so it was probably ordered (few dealers order them on their own without the spoiler).

The 18" bullitts and the spoiler delete looked so sharp together. 37 days and counting.

Any information on 2008 Mustangs Yet

With how close we are to the release of the 2008 Mustang, does ANYONE have any new information about what is going to be offered? There has to be an order guide out soon, right?

Good question. I know I had already had my '07 on order for two weeks on this day last year. So '08 info should be a plenty. FYI: Two new colors were announced for '08, three if you count DHG for the Bullitt. None were Grabber Blue or the Gold. Everyone's thinking '09 now...

But if you're looking to order an '08, dealers should have the order guides any day now. First day to order an '07 was 3/13 but it was really early because they had the GT500's coming out and wanted to get as many out by the summer as they could.

Whatever the wait is, it's worth it...

I posted in another thread that the Maurder wheels will be available in 08.
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showth...highlight=2008

Also more info here on Vapor Silver
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showth...t=vapor+silver

Other 2 new colors are Silver Metallic (not much different than Satin Silver), and Candy Apple/Sangria Red.

Order banks open 16 April and 05FordGT thinks the order guides will be out 2 April.

I'm going to have to order a Grabber Blue Mustang when they come out and thats all there is too it. My 70 was originally Grabber Blue, and will be again as soon as I get it repainted.
