Hey guys (and gals),

We just got word from our regional office that we earned a pretty good share of Mustang allocation for the next production cylce. It looks like after all our sold orders get filled I'll have about 6-8 GT's available. They will most likely need to be autos (all my current unfilled orders are 5speeds) and of course the 18" wheel commodity will remain an issue.

Please contact me if anyone needs to order one.

I also have in stock and available a GT Vert premium, Torch red, red leather, auto, standard 17" bullitts, IUP, active anti-theft, side airbags and boot. MSRP is $34,330 and invoice/selling price is $31710.

Sounds like someone's going to get a great car at a great price.

I'd say so...idiot dealer down the street from me (Park Ford) wanted to sell me a "used" 05 GT Premium coupe for $31990. I laughed...not like a whole lot of Stangs are being sold here in NE Ohio in the middle of winter! They even played the "you need to come down and look at it because we have another buyer on his way down" . What were they gonna do? Take highest bidder for a used GT???? I used to work there! Actually I worked at Park Ford's Louisville store... many years ago. I think I saw that one there when I drove by the other day. You'd think that a Ford dealer would know what the MSRP is on a NEW one.

The local dealer here in Prattville, Alabama tried to sell me an 05 GT premium for 25,900. He had the exact car I wanted on the showroom floor for 28,600 (black premium, black interior with interior upgrade, 5speed manual with 18" bullets, active anti-theft and NO SPOILER! I want a duck tail on mine... maybe a Roush... ). The used 05 is getting excellent resale but I think that is coming to an end and the dealers who have paid high trade-ins will get burned on them. I was disappointed that the 05 was so much, it even has some body damage and 12,000 miles on it.
He sold that one before I could get there and in the mean time my wife has told me that she wants me to get a Cobra. We will have to see if we can swing it but it looks like I won't be getting a new Stang anytime soon as I won't pay over MSRP for the Cobra.
BTW sounds like a great deal on that vert.

Good deal Morande Ford here in Berlin CT had 2 GT's one yellow vert and a grey coupe. Both had $3,000.00 ADM's and both were auto. Haven't seen any other local dealers with any on the lot here.

Just wanted to bump this back to the top. We've got 2 more unspoken for units of allocation for GT autos this week. These cars will be on the ground within 6-7 weeks.
