The deal on mine: Ordered 10/19, delivered 11/30, paid MSRP(maybe why I got it so fast

) , no hub caps with vehicle, and my shaker500 has already spit out one disc :bang: :bang: :bang: ! I love it and I'll get all the little probs. fixed when time passes and a permanent solution is made....don't want to be no experiment for Ford.

what do you know.. pullin' the center cap on the upgrade wheels looks a helluva lot better than with 'em. IMO

Congrats to you Doug..... I ordered a Satin Silver GT w/Red Leather on 11-1-04......but I had the opportunity to buy a Torch Red GT from the same dealer (normal allocation), so now the Satin Silver is still coming, but it will be someone else's car when it arrives. Currently no build date has been issued on the Silver one due to all the temporary holds...... I'm glad I'm not waiting anymore though.

You need to see a close up of the wheels without the hubcaps.....then you'd both be singing a different tune IMO.

From a distance....OK. Close-up....YUK. (wheel bearing grease cap shows).

Dealer said they shipped caps for a v6 model wheel with my car? I didn't see them so who knows...they will have a set for me tomorrow. The car really looks different in pictures than it does in real life(Satin Silver): It is VERY metallic and very Silver, without the bluish tint I always see in pics. Might be my monitor, but I have a Media Center CPU w/ plasma and I think it is set accurately. Paint job is excellent, fit and finish very good-excellent, trunk carpet materials=poor fit and finish=poor, looks like an afterthought in the trunk space---for me :don't care...I don't go back there
