OOPS!

Yesterday, our weather dork said clear, I had a clean car ready for it's winter nap but I did not pull the insurance yet so I figured what the heck...we ended up with heavy fog/very light drizzle all day. Sure, it wasn't snow but noe she needs another bath...

Same here. I thought it was supposed to be nice Saturday but it started drizzling while I was parked at work, so now the car is dirty.

I took the opportunity last night to try out the new tollroad outside Chicago. Nice new 3 lane expressway, and virtually empty at night. Unfortunately I stand out due to the lack of traffic so I had to keep the speed reasonable. I was going 75 in a 55, and had a cop run up behind me, then passed me when I moved over. He wasn't moving fast enough to be on a call. I think I got lucky there.

Now my black car is so dirty and there's supposed to be snow tonight. Oh well. It was fun.

Supposed to snow here tomorrow night. Glad I already put mine away for the winter. Can't wait until spring.

I have mine cleaned, ready for some polish and a cover. I backed out of the garage today thinking one more day, and here came the rain.

Tucked mine in because I just got the cover and wanted to see how it fit.. and it has rained since. I wonder if I caused the rain?
Haven't had the car out in 3 days!

Yeah covers are great, could you park your car down here by my house for awhile. My rain dance isn't working and we need some badly in AZ. I even washed my car and nothing but bird crap.

I know, I'll put up the Xmas lights this weekend! It always rains when I do that!

I haven't driven on the road yet. It would have been so conveniant for when I lived in Naperville but I doubt I'll use it much since I moved. I did run a 5k by 127th on the new road a few weekends ago a few days before it was open.
