Good Ford Dealers in the Portland, OR area?

I finally decided that I'm taking the leap and ordering an '06 Mustang GT. So I went to the ford direct website and spec'ed out a GT Deluxe w/ spoiler delete, Shaker 500 and IUP. I requested an online quote from Landmark Ford in Tigard recieved this quote via email:
almost $2k over MSRP sounds a little high... Can anybody in the Portland, OR area recommend a dealer? Perferably one that's not marking up just because I'm ordering? 
I can order that Cool car for 26,950 +1,990= 28,940 We have been selling those Mustangs for 1,990.00 over MSRP on order. With a 500.00 deposit and credit approval we can make this happen.

McMinnville Ford is selling coupes at MSRP but the Converts are 2k over MSRP. This was back in June when i was looking but I went to Newberg Ford instead as they were only $ 995.00 over MSRP for both the coupe and convertible.

Last time I talked to the guys at Vancouver Ford they said they would give the x-plan if you order it. Don't know if you have and x-plan pin but am pretty sure some one around here can tell you how to get one.
Definatly don't buy one of their lot though they won't drop the markup price.
