For that kit, yes as that is the cheapest I have seen. And if you look around, CJ's has some real good deals right now!
FWIW... I bought that cap set used for about $25 less than that, but not real happy with them as the cable end on the PS cap lanyard will not fit over the mounting point on the reservoir (cable ended up coming apart when trying to make it "fit") and the brake cap leaks. I am waiting for SHR to come out with a set so I can ditch mine
