I have to open the driver door all the way until it hits the foam to give me enough room to squeeze out sideways. Passengers have to be let out before I drive into the garage.
Stupid builers... all they care about is maximum $$ for minimum space.

If so you can not park a car in a 12' deep garage, unless it's a Mini Cooper.
A standard garage is 10'-12' wide and 20' deep.
