Funny how .... re: mods
It's funny how we get a "new to us" car or truck, pretty soon, the first thing we know, we are looking at modifying it "to make it our car" or "truck".
Then comes a day we find ourselves looking for or at a "new to us" car or truck, it's fun, but then if used, we are looking really close for low miles "un-molested" cars or trucks.
Then we go to sell our's, we emphasize the "unmolested" aspects.

Well, I'd never pick *those* shocks, so I'd have to replace them. And those control arms? Man, those (siphon with a large amount of negative pressure). Gotta swap those. That wing is hideous, no way. Those tail lamps seem dangerous, so I'd have to get some others.. I can't even with that paint/wrap/? Dude, y'know... what has this car even seen? And did they do a good job on all them parts?
I dunno, man...
---
And so the 'unmolested' one is the better choice every time.
Less wringing of hands, and potentially less work/money to boot to get it to be 'my car'.

Both of your are soooo right. The unmolested are the most desirable and sought after.
But I know the way mine is, everyone will want it, right? Same with yours too, right?
Or at least that is what we all try to convince ourselves anyway.

So true. And it's funny if you tell someone what you did to the car they look at you like well that's what I would have done but it wasn't me that did it so I don't really want it now. Lol
you would have to convert to right hand drive but then you might run into the steering problem. Would just be better off going full auto at this point.
at least it would be a shelby.
I dunno if a DCT counts as an automatic. I'm still on the fence. Oh, sure, you don't have a clutch pedal, but you can shift it all you want, and money shifts are pretty much a thing of the past. It has clutches and all that. It's gear shifting, not band clutching.
I think it's a Smart Manual or something.
/All I know is it's more to break.
