Howdy! Welcome to the forums!
I've alerted the mods to merge the two threads you put in to this one, as multiple threads on the same topic isn't a good idea. Just tryin' to help ya out, keep it all in one place.
Also, since this is in the 2005-2009 section, I'm assuming you have one of these? If not, well, overall general info is still good, but the fact is the parts will be wrong. Pressing on assuming we're good on Model Years... I'm going to assume a v6 for the moment, adjust accordingly for v8. If you have Shelby stuff, well... might have fun with finding those parts, but it's doable...
Anyway:

This is the 'exploded' view of what you're asking. This is the driver's side, passenger side is similar.
You'll need the bumper, I'd say, if the turn signal was literally ripped out. So that first.

Second, the turn signal housing/assembly:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...assembly,11719
Then the two pigtail connectors for the side marker lamp and the parking/turn signal lamp:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...onnector,12383
(Specifically, the "MOTORCRAFT WPT1167 {#3U2Z14S411FHAA, 3U2Z14S411FHAB, WPT809}" one.)
AND this one:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...onnector,13050
You'll also need the wiring diagram to ensure what wires go where from the main harness:
https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=40&f=Turn%20...0Lamps.pdf&p=1
Which is a little confusing, but look for the lamps in particular, notice what wiring goes where, match that on the pig tails, crimp/solder/shrink wrap, test, fix if needed, then that'll do. You can print those out and figure it out pretty ok I'd hope.
Oh yeah, you'll need the two bulbs in question, duh, me. And it appears sockets too (as it kinda looks like maybe those assemblies are bare? ):

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...mp+socket,4024
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...amp+bulb,13675
*Please note*: These are for example purposes only. I am not sponsored, nor is any of this recommendations for any part or vendor, nor technique. You buy where you want, what you want, and do it how you want, and that'll do fine, thankya, disclaimer over.
I hope that helps. Good luck!

Sorry for the double posting (new guy here). I have spent countless hours trying to find the information I needed and you are a bad ***. I got confused when I would saw female wiring and you 100% answered everything I needed to know without me asking. Thank you for your time.
