FR500 vs, GT500 wheels
I have to say that to my eye, the differences in the two are very subtle. It looks like the FR500 may be a bit lighter. Would anyone else agree or know differently?

I've heard the GT500's are HEAVY.
And something about the FR500's just never quite clicked for me.
I like the CT-R's myself, which are Ford GT replicas.
Though too my girlfriend, they all look the same.

GT500, These look thick and heavy.

FR500 The individual Y's are a little more pronounced and not quite parrallel to the Y next to it.

Stock Bullitts are handsome wheels to, but when you are trying to seperate your car from the masses, it's not my first choice.

The Yellow GT isn't mine, just a pic I found in my year and half long search for the right set of wheels for my car. I still have the stock Bullitts, which I think look great on a Mineral Grey, but do nothing for separating it from every Pony Package and half the GT's out there.
At the MCA show in Birmingham, it was: there's a set of Bullitts, and there's another set, and another, and... times several hundred.
My car now:

I had my GT with 18" factory bullitts parked next to a shelby at a local dealer. No doubt the bullitts looked better to me, the salesperson, and the few guys that were walking by admiring the cars.
A couple guys that werent totally familiar with mustangs asked the salesperson how much the optional 18" polished bullitt wheels were if they ordered a shelby.
The factory ford GT wheels are pretty nice but still nothing spectacular. But at 900 bucks a piece they can keep em. None of the wheels above do much for me. But thats JMO.
