Found Something in My Car

I was searching for an unwanted sound in my car so I removed the right rear interior panel, seat etc. Then removed the front passenger seat belt retractor to fee; around inside there. I found this sealed black bag, inside the bag was some foam.
Anyone else ever find such a thing in their car?

Looks Like Something Ford Would Throw in There!

Also Could Have Been Stashed By Assembly Line Worker Feeling Mischievious!

Wow, very strange and no, but definitely not an accident... Surprised that it took over 20 years for the noise to get to that point.

Guess you win the prize, what ever that could be? Someone got a kick out of this and gave up looking for the winner.

I assume the background in your photos is your garage floor? Looks very similar to mine? 😁

Ya I think the noise was my rear seat belt buckle. I latched them and the front passenger and don't hear it anymore. I wonder if there is a bag on the drivers side?

I will get around to it. I was going to removed my thermostat housing and KBS coat it but I just finished draining and and filling so I'm burnt out in that.
Those are hard to come by.
