Ford Wants To Survey In The Future Mustang! Get Er Done!!!
#44
Done. I thought that Ford is doing the right thing getting our input for the future of our car. The competition is going to get stiffer when the Camaro and Challenger come out. But that will give us better Mustangs also!

Done and done.
I gave them a lot to read. Keep the styling reminiscant of the 65-73s different trim levels, base, intermediate, sport, luxury. different suspension packages. For me something a little softer (hey Im old) but definatly a good sport suspension for those who want it. The need for different engine packages, 4 0r 6, small, med and big V8. (esp with the Coming Camaro and Challenger.
TT for those who like it but make mine American Muscle V8 (the deep rumble is what its all about).
Overhead Console. Agressive styling. Look for ways to make it lighter.
I guarentee you if I could have had 370 hp 5.0 for $1000 I woiuld have ordered it.
6 spd both manual and auto. I feel like I have never driven a better auto than this one.
No to the 20 inch wheels.
Very glad to see Ford doing this, much like the survey I saw for the Camaro a few months back.
LOL I told them they need to get the styling act togather for their other cars. Like bringing the Austarilian Ford Falcon HERE NOW. Man WOuld I buy that car in a heartbeat for the "Family Sedan".

Done. I thought the option on the retractable hard to going into the rear seats or the trunk was interesting. I suggested a sunroof, or t-tops, or maybe make the retractable top so that the front section only could be opened if desired.
Let's see if they take any of our suggestions.

Here is my input on the last question:
1. Move the third brake light from the trunk to the upper rear window. The current location ruins the retro look of the rear.
2. Add some performance engine choices, like a normally aspirated 5.4.
3. Please bring back the Mach 1.
4. Make a functional ram-air hood available.
5. Add hips to the rear quarters like the 67 thru 70 models.
6. Lower the car by 1.5 inches. It sits too high and looks much better lowered.
7. Add a remote trunk release from the driver's seat.
