I installed these control arms yeaterday on my 05. My car doesnt have that many miles around 40K. I just figured why wait as I have been installing a bunch of other steeda suspension goodies. The job wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. The worst part was the rack bolts, I couldnt get a torque wrench on them afterwards either. I feel pretty confident though as I got them tight enough and used locktite on everything.

Theres a bit of a story behind the control arms. I bought them on ebay just after christmas for $250. They had some paint chipped off in a couple of spots, still I thought they were a fair deal for $250. When they arrived they were in the form of a $50 ford racing control arm brace....what the hell.
I contacted the seller and he was very apologetic. He sold the brace christmas eve and all their holiday items were shipped after christmas. I figure the other buyer got my control arms and I got his brace. The seller tried to get a hold of the other guy but he never responded. I guess he was pretty happy with the ford racing control arms for $50.
The seller was really good about it, he sent me out some new control arms right away and told me to keep the brace.

Around a couple hours per side, Im sure it could be done faster, it was my first time doing front control arms.
