So as I said in a previous thread my car is being built this week. Paint 11/9 final assembly 11/11, this info I got from my friend who works the line. For the heck of it I call Ford customer service 800-392-3673, gave them my VIN number and they said it was built and would arrive on 11/15! So I then called VOPC and spoke to an analist and told him of the conflifting info. He researched it and confirmed it was not built and was being built as we spoke and delivery should be 2 weeks after final build or once its bucked. He said the customer service was reading the wrong info and should not of been. So based on that the customer service is not the most reliable info. If I listened to them I would be reporting here that my car arrived a week late. They try and I'm not critical of them but pass this on so you don't take there info as gospel. The analist said he would send over an email to prevent this mix up with others. Don't know how effoective it would be but I did what I could so the information would be accurate for everyone.

It will only work if you have your dealers 5 digit code as well as your dealer order number and model number. If you have that pm me.

You shouldn't be giving out that number (VOPC). Its a private business number and lawsuits can come from giving it out to the public.

That being said ... customer service does NOT work for ford, they are outsourced. The info you get from Ford or a dealer is much more accurate.
