Has anyone financed through Ford Credit and if so, what was the APR?
Oddly enough, the dealer and I hve yet to talk about money. They are family fiends so I'm hoping to be around invoice.

hey, dont complain about 5.9
i'm paying 10.9 for 60 months on my used 2002 v6.
but thats also beginners credit and im the only signer on the lease. still, point being, i would kill for 5.9

I'm at 8.25% 60mo. with Ford Credit
I've seen alot worse in other post about rates some people were gettin like 12%
the 05' was my first financed car by myself so I think i did pretty good without a cosigner

I thought about going with FMCC, but i talked to my bank (USAA) and they said for a 72 mon loan they are going 5.25% (right now and interest rates are going up soon). They said 4.85 on 60 mon.

I went through ford credit and my beacon score is perfect and am paying 6.9% for 48 months. I thought it would have been a little better but it depends on the car your buying as well and possibly where you live? Not sure on that one.

I have financed many vehicles through Ford Credit but the best they would do was 5.9 for 60 months. I got 4% from a local bank through the dealership but that was back in October.
Good Luck!

Looks like from all the posts that the 0% I have seen dealerships offer is not available - at least not on Mustangs...

correct - zero percent is not offered on the Mustang.
Looks like Ford took the Mustang rates off their site... back in January, the Ford Credit rates were 3.9/4.9/5.9 for 36/48/60 months.

I was told by the dealer that the best I could get, even with my excellent credit, would be 9% for 72 months. Also they only wanted to give me 2000 on my trade in that I still owed 5500 on. So I went and bought a Scion tC instead. 5.7 for 72 months through Toyota.

I talked to my bank, and I was quoted a rate of 5.15% on 72 months a few weeks ago. Of course, by the time the car gets here, it will probably be 25%. My salesman told me that Ford could not offer me any better than 7.9% on 72 months, without even looking at my credit. He then went on to say that if I got a good rate from a bank, they would match it. Riiiiiight. NO way will I finance through Ford now if they won't deal straight up with me in the beginning rather than waiting to match other offers.
