Fog light temperature

Do the H10 bulbs that go in the fog lights have different burn temperatures by type and brand? I just got my fogs replaced after having Luminics Hyper Yellow bulbs in them, there were heat clouds on the reflectors and the diffusers fell off in the lights.

I've heard of this happening to others, so maybe they were just bad fogs, but I don't want to put the yellow bulbs in the new ones if they're going to do the same thing. However I really did like having the fogs actually act like fogs (yellow or amber light).

So do light manufacturers actually publish heat data, or are they all about the same, or does it vary by color?
