It starts tomorrow, so the websites won't be updated yet.

Ed, what kind of down payment do you have to put down for this offer?

Ed,
Which do you think is more accurate, KBB, Edmunds, or NADA (blue)?

It looks like it might require 10% down on the Ford site. Can anyone verify that?

I can answer my own question because I just bought an '06 GT and no downpayment was required. Payment for a $30k+ GT after my X-Plan discount and TTL is $411 per month at 0% for 72 months. Woohoo!!!! I was looking at about $540 for an ordered '07 in a few months so I'm very, very pleased and the car is perfect!

Congrats on your new pony! I was planning to order an '07 later this year after getting a few financial matters settled first, but this offer is VERY tempting...

Follow Up and Info

This program has been nothing more than amazing for the dealers as well. I have not seen this much floor traffic in ages. The top sellers are the 06 Fusions with the Focus not far behind. We also sold [3] 06 Mustangs, yesterday alone. At this rate, at least we will be just about out of 06 cars by the end of the program.
Trucks and SUV's are SLOWLY selling still so I would not be surprised to see something continued on the 06 trucks/SUV's once this program ends on 9/5.

Is this only on Fords, or are other parts of the Ford Family (Mazda, Mercury, etc) included?

Thanks! My advice is to go for it. You'll save a good chunk of change. The hard part is finding the one you want without having to "settle".

I bought my GT (with manual tranny) with X-Plan on Thursday. Depends on the dealer but I talked to two and both were willing to take it on any Mustang on the lot.

It is even available for people who ordinarily get hit with a higher rate due to blemished credit...
Do you happen to know what the minimum FICO score is that will qualify for the 0%? Dealers around here often tell people with good scores that they don't qualify for an advertised rate then try to switch them to a higher rate loan. I'd like to be armed with this info. Thanks in advance!

The 0% is for all tiers of credit! If your in the higher tiers (level 3,4 or 5), you may be required to put some money down in order for Ford to approve the loan.

Oh, BTW, traffic here is amazing since this started. I was so busy last evening, selling 4 vehicles (3 Fusions, and a Focus).
