It's tought to race when you start behind someone. You always get the head start.

A WS6 is definatly faster then a 05 Mustang

Just because you have a fast car, doesn't mean you know how to drive. I saw him get sideways at lower speeds, while I was WOT and had traction the whole time. A WS6 isn't that much faster than my car, maybe a car or two down the 1/4 if well driven.

I say the same as everyone else. He just wanted it.

I don't even have mine yet and guy up at work keeps telling
me your not going to like it. You'll miss your Avalanche.
I just laugh at him. I bet I will feel the same driving my
Mustang GT as I felt just riding in my friends Dodge Viper.

Seeing all those heads turning it's like a kick in the head.
It makes you smile.

I was driving today and I am used to getting waves, thumbs up, etc while driving my '05 GT however today was different. Some guy driving an Eagle Talon wearing leather gloves with the fingers cut out gave me a dirty look and a big thumbs down when I drove past him at an intersection this afternoon. I just smiled and laughed thinking this guy clearly has some menal issues.
Hey Frank, you mispelled "menstral" issues... I'm sure he was just on his period! :ranting:

Yep, jealously rears its ugly head.

Funny thing, I haven't had anyone talk to me at a gas station yet, but I did have someone follow me into a bank parking lot to give me a compliment. Everyone that has reacted to seeing my car has either done a double-take, shouted "nice car" or give the thumbs up.

I'm sure taking my car to the dragstrip in a few weeks will draw a crowd though, especially on a busy Saturday.
